Here’s a fun one, this is a 90% scale Proton Pack that I made as part of a Comic-Con costume for my younger sister.
The main body is 3d printed, I bought a lighting kit online.
It took over 2 weeks of printing to finish the main body
I used electrical cable looms to imitate the cables on the prop.
I printed the decals on sticker paper. The paper was quite old so the prop consistently peels.
